122nd Elite Auction of Hanoverian Riding Horses and Foals

The 122nd Elite Auction of Hanoverian riding horses and foals will be held in Verden on April 9 and 10. 79 riding horses and 45 foals will be put up for auction. Training of the highly-gifted dressage and show jumping horses will start on March 24. The auction candidates can be inspected any time and tested upon prior arrangement.

The 122nd Elite Auction is eagerly awaited. Top issue of this auction will be the reconstruction of the Niedersachsenhalle as this auction will be the last one held in the well-known atmosphere known for the last 38 years. The extensive renovation works will already start Monday after the auction.
Training of the auction candidates will be broadcasted live on the Internet on www.hannoveraner.tv on March 28 so that visitors and potential customers worldwide will be able to get a first impression of the high-quality collection.
Many dressage horses of this auction collection confirmed their quality with victories and excellent placements in riding horse ability and development classes. Daj Jin by Don Frederico represented the Hanoverian colours at the Federal Championships, just like Laponio by Laurentio. Lehmann by Londonderry is of interest for both, breeding and sport. His dressage capabilities as licensed stallion have already been fostered to a more advanced level. As promising: the show jumping collection. The full brother to stud stallion For Edition, For Edition II by Forsyth, and Ex and Hopp by Embassy, Champion of the Free Jumping Competition, will be put up for auction.

The auction weekend starts on Friday, April 9 with the final presentation. The Gala Evening Show at 8.00 pm will be the festive opening and the auction will start on Saturday, April 10, at 3.00 pm.
